100%-owned underground gold-silver-copper development project in southern Ecuador. Environmental licence was issued Q2 2025 then REVOKED in October 2025 by the Ministry of Environment and Energy. DPM is considering all options to preserve value and optionality for shareholders including evaluation of all legal avenues. 2025 spend $14.7M; 2026 spend minimised at ~$5M until the licence issue is resolved. The credit facility is secured by pledges of DPM's investments in Loma Larga among other assets.
