Tertiary-aged replacement gold mineralization and breccia pipes located in the historical Carbonate Mining District. Located approximately five miles northwest of Lead, South Dakota, accessed via State Highway 473 and Wharf Mine Road, with grid power and an active water well on site. Property comprises over 3,000 acres of private surface and mineral rights, including the Barrick Option. Acquired via an option agreement with Barrick in October 2021, which was extended to December 2028. July 2025 Initial Assessment with Cash Flow outlines a 10.0 Mtpa heap leach operation over a 17-year mine life producing an average of 153 koz Au/yr at an AISC of US$1,047/oz. 2026 program includes 15,500 meters of infill and step-out drilling to support a Pre-Feasibility Study.
