Description
Precambrian iron-formation-hosted gold mineralization and Tertiary-age epithermal gold mineralization, including the Unionville and JB Gold Zones. Located 2 miles north of Lead, South Dakota, accessed via Highway 85/14A and Maitland Road. Property comprises 2,407 acres of mineral rights, including 2,357 patented acres. Acquired initially in April 2017 with a major 2,046-acre addition purchased from Barrick in October 2020 for $3.5M and 750,000 shares, subject to a 2.5% NSR. 2026 program includes 5,600 meters of infill drilling targeting a maiden mineral resource at the Unionville Zone by year-end.
