Consolidated Other Americas upstream operations — Argentina (Vaca Muerta shale), Canada, Guyana (Stabroek, via Hess acquisition July 2025) and Venezuela. Canada Duvernay shale and AOSP (synthetic oil) assets were sold in December 2024 — the 2024 synthetic-oil reserve sale of 593 mmbbl reflects that divestiture. 2025 reserve purchases (473 mmbbl crude) driven by Hess Guyana assets.
