Consolidated Australian upstream operations concentrated offshore Western Australia — operated Gorgon and Wheatstone LNG projects, nonoperated North West Shelf Venture and Carnarvon Basin exploration. Largest LNG producer in Australia; 15% of YE2025 worldwide net proved reserves. ~205 MMboe of PUDs held >5 years relate to Gorgon/Wheatstone scheduling. Gorgon Stage 3 FID and Jansz-Io Compression progress added proved reserves (715 bcf extensions in 2025).
