100% WI U.S. refining operations following Sept 30, 2025 divestiture of 50% Wood River + Borger (WRB) interest. Three wholly-owned refineries (Lima OH, Superior WI, Toledo OH) producing gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, asphalt and other products. YE2025 operable capacity 364.8 Mbbls/d (down from 612.3 pre-divestiture); 2025 weighted average operable capacity 549.9 Mbbls/d (reflecting WRB inclusion through Sept 30).
