Lucky Shot

Underground gold project covering three former producing mines (Coleman, Lucky Shot, and War Baby) along a continuous low-angle structural zone. Located in the Willow Mining District, 112 miles north of Anchorage, Alaska, with road access via the Parks Highway. Property comprises 8,600 acres of State of Alaska and patented mining claims. Hosts high-grade quartz vein mineralization within the Willow Creek batholith. Acquired in 2021; historic production ceased in 1942. Phase 1 of a 15,000-meter underground in-fill drilling program commenced in November 2025 to support a feasibility study targeted for H1 2027.
