Johnson Tract

Polymetallic gold-silver-copper-lead-zinc project hosted within the Talkeetna Formation. Located 200 kilometers southwest of Anchorage, 15 kilometers inland from Cook Inlet, accessed via an 800-meter gravel airstrip. Property comprises 21,000 acres leased from Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI). May 2025 Initial Assessment outlines a 7-year LOM underground operation producing 102,258 GEO/yr at AISC of US$860/GEO, with initial capex of US$213.6M and after-tax NPV5 of US$224.5M / IRR of 30.2%. Permitting for an underground exploration drift and road access is ongoing.
