Description
Peralkaline igneous rare earth element-zirconium deposit hosted within the Ilimaussaq Alkaline Complex, located near Qaqortoq in southern Greenland. Property covers 1,800 hectares under a granted exploitation license (MIN 2020-54). Enriched in heavy rare earth elements (HREEs), tantalum, zirconium, and niobium within eudialyte concentrated in kakortokite rock. Acquired initial 42% interest from Rimbal Pty Ltd in 2024, with an agreement to increase ownership to 92.5%. March 2025 PEA outlines a phased growth strategy with initial production of ~85,000 tpa of rare earth elements.
