Single open-pit lithium-tantalum mine with multiple parallel shallow dipping pegmatite dykes, including the recent Rose West discovery. Located in the Eeyou Istchee James Bay region of Québec, approximately 40 km north of the Cree village of Nemaska, accessed via the Route du Nord and Eastmain-1 Road with a planned 315 kV Hydro-Québec transmission line relocation. Property comprises 502 Exclusive Exploration Rights over 26,034 hectares and a 157-hectare mining lease. Fully permitted with federal and provincial environmental approvals and a signed Impact and Benefits Agreement with the Cree Nation. August 2023 Feasibility Study outlines a 4,600 tpd open-pit operation over a 17-year LOM producing an annual average of 203,765 tonnes of spodumene concentrates and 580 tonnes of tantalite concentrate, with initial capex of US$471M and after-tax NPV8% of US$2,195M. Three-stage crushing feeds a conventional flotation plant. Flagship Canadian lithium asset.
