Greater Duchess

Copper-gold complex comprising multiple deposits including Mount Hope, Nil Desperandum, Lady Fanny, Burke & Wills, and the recently acquired Trekelano. Located approximately 70 km southeast of Mount Isa, Queensland, within a 1,924 km² landholding. Trekelano acquisition added three mining leases (ML90128, ML90125, ML90183) with existing permits. Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) is underway and targeted for completion in Q4 2025. Binding tolling and offtake agreements executed with Glencore for 100% of fresh sulphide ore. Flagship copper-gold asset.
