Underground silver-gold project located adjacent to Tonopah, Nevada, comprising the Denver-Paymaster, Bermuda-Merten, Victor, and Northwest Step Out vein groups. Property covers 1,030.2 hectares of patented and unpatented mining claims. Acquired 100% interest in March 2024 from Nevada Select Royalty subject to a 3% NSR. September 2024 PEA outlines a 1,500 tpd underground mine over a 7.8-year LOM producing 8.6 Moz AgEq annually. 2025 M&I Conversion Program and Resource Expansion Program drilling underway. Flagship Nevada asset.
