Silver-copper-gold project in northwest Montana, USA, subject to a definitive earn-in agreement under which IE Montana Holdings Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ivanhoe Electric Inc. (Robert Friedland), can earn up to a 75% interest over 11 years by funding US$40 million of exploration; IEM is the operator. Exploration is targeting a porphyry system beneath the historic epithermal silver district, with Ivanhoe Electric's 2026 plan to drill 3-5 deep holes. Brixton currently retains 100% pending the earn-in. No current mineral resource is defined.
