Lithium brine development project located in southeastern Utah. Property expanded by 10% through 100 new placer claims. Maiden JORC Resource delivered based on Bosydaba #1 well drilling. DLE pilot testing with Koch Technology Solutions achieved 98% lithium recovery. MoU signed with POSCO Holdings for a DLE demonstration plant. Flagship US lithium asset.
