Elk Creek Rift Project

Rare earth exploration project (the 'Rift Project') in southeastern Nebraska, USA, where Apex acquired rights to explore and options to purchase a property package within the Elk Creek Carbonatite Complex and subsequently added rare earth exploration rights within a high-priority target area. The Company initiated permitting with the Nebraska Department of Environment and Energy. The project targets carbonatite-hosted rare earth mineralization in the same complex that hosts NioCorp's Elk Creek niobium-scandium-titanium-REE project. No mineral resource estimate has been established.
