Utica Shale midstream assets in Ohio comprising 118 miles of gathering pipelines, 0.7 Bcfe/d of compression capacity, 85 miles of water pipelines and 12 water impoundments with storage capacity of approximately 2 million barrels. Pending divestiture: on December 5, 2025 the company agreed to sell substantially all of these assets to two third-party buyers for aggregate cash consideration of $400 million, expected to close in February 2026; the assets were still held at the December 31, 2025 reporting date.
