Two independent water handling systems delivering fresh water from sources including the Ohio River, local reservoirs and regional waterways, and transporting flowback and produced water. Comprises 236 miles of buried water pipeline, 187 miles of surface water pipeline, pumping stations, blending facilities and impoundments. A fixed fee per barrel is charged for fresh water deliveries (no minimum volume commitments), subject to annual CPI adjustments; the Clearwater treatment facility has been idled since 2019.
