Description
Retained 1% net smelter return royalty over the El Camino II claim (1,199 ha) in Salta Province, Argentina, sold to NOA Lithium Brines S.A., a subsidiary of NOA Lithium Brines Inc., under the May 2022 option completed during the period ended March 31, 2025. The royalty covers gold, silver, copper, lead and zinc mined on the property, and Aldebaran is also entitled to a conditional US$1,000,000 payment tied to a construction decision or commercial production after a definitive feasibility study.
