Silver X Mining Corp.'s 100%-owned consolidated 20,795-hectare Nueva Recuperada Silver-Gold District in Huancavelica, central Peru. The district comprises multiple mining units (Tangana producing, Plata in development/restart) plus exploration assets (Red Silver, Pampas, Ccasahuasi/Victoria) with 200+ targets and 500+ identified veins. September 2025 PEA outlines two complementary mining units (TMU + PMU) at combined 3,000 tpd processing capacity over a 14-year LOM, with average annual production of 6.2 Moz AgEq (peak 8.7 Moz), After-Tax NPV(5%) of $440M, After-Tax IRR of 69%, LOM cash cost of $11.8/oz AgEq and AISC of $15.8/oz AgEq. Initial Capex $82M. Effective MRE date: May 31, 2025.
