Argenta Silver's 100%-owned high-grade silver project in Salta province, Argentina, acquired in October 2024 through the purchase of Silex Argentina SA. The 56,709-hectare property is distinguished by high-grade pure silver mineralization and substantial existing infrastructure, including a fully operational 100-worker camp, existing exploration and test-mining permits, more than 60 km of internal roads, and access to power and transport networks, offering a clear path to rapid development. The Yaxtché deposit hosts the mineral resource (effective September 30, 2024; Wood Canada, QP Henry Kim) reported above an elevated 250 g/t silver cut-off assuming underground mining and a US$26/oz silver price; a portion of the mineralization is oxide material potentially amenable to open-pit mining and a separate recovery option. Yaxtché covers less than 1% of the property and remains open east and west, indicating significant exploration upside. Resources are not reserves.
