Large-scale, high-grade silver-gold project comprising multiple zones of epithermal precious metal mineralization, including Oculto, JAC, Laderas, Sombra, and Fantasma. Located in the Puna region, approximately 160 km southwest of Salta. Property covers approximately 79 km2 of contiguous and overlapping mineral leases. Acquired from SSR Mining Inc. in 2016. Dec-2024 PFS outlines an open-pit operation with primary tank leaching and secondary heap leaching. DFS underway, targeted for completion in Q2 2026. Formally approved for inclusion under Argentina's Large Investment Incentive Regime (RIGI) in March 2026. Flagship silver-gold asset.
