Carbonate replacement deposit hosted in the Ayabacas formation, comprising massive manganese oxide replacement with associated silver, copper, and zinc. Located 6 km northeast of Santa LucÃa in the Puno Department, accessed via highway 34A with grid power available nearby. Property covers over 9,324 hectares of mining concessions. Acquired 100% from SSR Mining following completion of payments in December 2025. November 2025 MRE outlines an open-pit constrained resource. 2026 exploration program targets the Copper East extension and SW Intrusive skarn target.
